The Robotic new-age machinery transfers the slabs to the epoxy machines, where the slab is sheathed with a fibreglass net to enhance its strength and ensure a flawless finish. Italian epoxy is applied on each slab front and back and heated on warm chambers, leaving no cranny and cracks unchecked.

The slabs undergo a rigorous calibration and grinding process to even out the external flaws, resulting in a smooth, luxe surface. Double Italian epoxy is again applied on the slabs and heated in warm chambers for higher density and efficient penetration. Fulfilling its visual aesthetic with the Breton Polishing machine to achieve endless choices of bespoke finishes and textures.
